Worldwide Refund & Exchange Policy
At The Suspended Clothing, we are committed to delivering high-quality streetwear to our customers globally. To maintain our operational standards, we follow a strict Exchange-Only policy. Please review the terms below before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances (including returns for cash, bank transfer, or store credit).

Final Sale: All purchases are final. We only offer exchanges for size issues or manufacturing defects.
2. Exchange Fee & Logistics

Exchange Fee: A flat fee of ₹300 is charged for every exchange request to cover reverse logistics, processing, and handling.

One-Time Exchange: An exchange can be processed only once per order.
3. Exchange Window & Conditions

7-Day Timeline: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All brand tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

Quality Check: Our team will inspect the returned item. If the product is found used or damaged, the exchange request will be rejected.
4. Worldwide Shipping & International Orders

Global Delivery: We ship worldwide.

International Returns: For orders outside of India, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and local taxes incurred during the exchange process.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Email Us: Send an email to Thesuspendedstore@gmail.com with your Order ID and the Reason for Exchange.

Approval: Once our team approves your request, you will be provided with the return instructions and payment details for the ₹300 exchange fee.

Reverse Pickup/Shipping: After the fee is paid, we will arrange the pickup (where available) or provide the return address.

Replacement: Once the original item is received and passes the quality check, your replacement will be dispatched.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for a free replacement.
